**Junior Foreman required to join a professional team that deliver quality Upgrades, Repairs and Fit Outs in the Health Space within Brisbane and surrounds.**

Ideal role for a Leading-hand Carpenter that wants to prove themselves, be hands on and step up.

Our client is a reputable Head Contractor, with a fantastic pipeline and having a solid reputation in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client, Site team and Project Manager Liaison
- Assist / Manage the build from start through to PC
- Liaise closely with the Project Team
- Site Setout, Safety and Ensuring Quality is met
- Monitoring trades and sub-contractors
- Creation and implementation of safe work permits/procedures

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in Commercial Construction
- Clear communicator
- Eye for detail
- Carpentry background
- Previous experience in reporting and creation of permits will be favoured
- Loyal working history
- Enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude that is driven to succeed
