Our Client specializes in delivering advanced foundation design and construction services tailored to meet the needs of complex projects within the commercial, industrial, residential, infrastructure, mining, and resource sectors.

**Responsibilities**
To effectively manage and oversee the operations of workers involved in piling and ground improvement tasks across projects of various scales. This encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

- Responsible for ensuring all quality assurance on-site
- Enforcing all OH&S procedures
- Management of staff and labor of own team and sub-contractors
- Involvement in the day to day running of one of the piling crews installing either bored piling, driven piling, sheet piling, and marine piling.

**About You**:

- A minimum of 10 years' experience working as a Foreman within the commercial, industrial, residential, infrastructure, mining, and resource sectors.
- A strong and extensive background in bored piling, driven piling, sheet piling, and marine piling is a critical requirement for the position.
- A thorough understanding of the delivery of civil work including Piling and ground improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental compliances
- A proven track record of mentoring and helping junior members of staff (leading hand etc)
- The ability to work alongside Project Managers to deliver projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
