Chipmunks Childcare are boutique child care centres operating in and around Sydney. Our Core values are around enhancing educational outcomes for young children in the communities we operate in. **About the centre & role**:
Chipmunks in the Garden is a small 38 place centre spaced across 3 rooms. In this role you will work alongside a dedicated team of educators with many years experience at the service. You will be expected to work with the team and the Operations and Compliance manager to progress the centres current rating and ensure we are striving for Exceeding. You will be expected to form strong relationships with the families both current and future and ensure perspective families are given detailed and personal tours and information as well as receiving strong communication following.

**This is an on the floor Centre Manager role - It is the expectation of Chipmunks Management that you will assist the team in the classrooms 2-3 days per week.**

**To be successful in the role**:

- ECT Qualification (or working towards)
- Strong understanding of NQF, NQS and Regulations
- Previous experience as a Centre Director or in a senior role
- Strong Leadership & Management skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral)
- Bubbly personality

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
