We at CVGT Australia are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Carpenter based in Pakenham. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career.

**The Role**:
CVGT Australia are seeking someone to fill the role of a Full Time Apprentice Carpenter in Pakenham. In this role you will gain knowledge and experience within the Building & Construction industry whilst completing a national recognised qualification.

**About You**:
To be the successful applicant for this position you will need to be passionate about carpentry and take pride in your work, you will also need to be a team player who understands the importance of teamwork but also have the ability to work individually and show initiative, be prepared to work hard and go the extra mile.

**Duties will include**:

- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and moulding
- Manual labouring of timber
- Use of hand and power tools
- Carry out measurements and calculations

**Requirements**:

- Hold a current Drivers Licence
- Construction Induction Card (White Card) or be willing to obtain prior to starting
- Completed a Certificate II/Pre-App in Carpentry (preferred)
