**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career, this role will be responsible for assisting the strategy team in developing the long term strategic capability of the G’Day Group. Responsibilities include:

- Co-ordinating the G’day Group’s strategic initiative planning and tracking process
- Providing strategic support on key projects across the business
- Assisting in the development of overall Group strategy
- Conducting market research and insight projects to inform planning and strategy development
- Commercial Finance / scenario modelling
- Business Planning & Support for strategy development
- Participate in business discussions with all levels of the organisation
- Translate strategic plans into operational business and financial plans which support local market strategy and regional priorities

**Your Experience**

To be successful in this role you must possess a high level of commercial acumen with an engaging approach to collaborating with internal stakeholders, self-motivation, initiative and flexibility to be able to meet our growing business demands
- A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or related discipline
- An ability to bring data to life and use this information to effectively decide on the path forward for the business
- Planning (Forecasting) and Commercial capacities
- Business Partnering - Strong influencing and collaboration skills
- Ability to advise and constructively challenge senior team members
- Data to insights and solutions - Data Interpretation / agile and innovative problem solving
