About the Role
As a Business Analyst for this client you will be at the forefront of their project development process, helping define and shape the direction of their initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, stakeholders, and technical experts, to gather, analyze, and document critical requirements. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in driving the success of their projects from inception to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project objectives and define clear business goals. Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Gather and document business requirements, ensuring they align with project objectives. Develop comprehensive project initiation documentation, including project charters and feasibility studies. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in project initiation or early project phases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
