**The Role**
Provide strategic advice to uplift the business to an accessible, customer focused service provider.
- Enable & deliver accessible information, services and infrastructure/rollingstock
- Business transformation readiness for accessibility
- Build enterprise-wide accessibility maturity and capabilities providing an accessible service
- Provision of clear, relevant and accessible information
- Customer-centric services that are inclusive of customers with disabilities
- Infrastructure/rollingstock that allows customers with disabilities to access the network
- Organisational enablers to support the provision of accessible information, services, and infrastructure and rollingstock

**Highly Regarded Experience**:

- Project and program management of strategic projects (not built form)
- Identify and procure external expertise/resources to support timely and quality delivery
- Human Centred design
- Customer communications and information
- Public Transport policy

**Scope of Services**
- Accessibility and quality of customer information

Delivery of content:

- on different devices - phone, tablet and computer
- using different channels - web, display screens, signage
- in different contexts - on stations and trains, call centres, booking systems, apps
- by a variety of assistive technology programs, for example JAWS, NAVILENS etc.
- Support and assist the Relationship Manager - Accessible Information
