**About the role**

**In the 2XU Performance Centres we strive to provide a world-class experience going above and beyond for every customer, every day.**
- Leading your store and team for all aspects of store operations
- Providing a high-level shopping experience for all customers
- Maintaining knowledge of fit and features/benefits of our product collections
- Educating customers on relevant products for their needs
- Managing inventory and product sell-through
- Completing visual merchandising displays to showcase our product

**About you**:

- Previous Retail store management required, preferably in Apparel or Sporting goods.
- We require you to hold an Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma OR have a minimum of 4+ years industry experience.
- Proven ability to achieve budget and sales targets
- Effective team and roster management
- A flair for apparel, VM merchandising management and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Someone who takes pride in how your team, store and brand is presented;
- A natural and compelling leader who can forge, maintain and develop strong working relationships
- Has the ability to lead, mentor and train retail staff
- Demonstrated interest in the fitness and health industry and pursuing an active lifestyle
- A team leader with a positive attitude who is passionate about 2XU

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
