**About the Job Role**

Manage the day-to-day operations of the busy Watertown store, and lead a team to success. This Store Manager role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join a well-established business. You will be responsible for developing strategies that drive sales, increase customer satisfaction and ensure operational excellence. Your strong interpersonal skills will help you build relationships with customers and motivate your team to achieve their goals.
