We are currently searching for an experienced Plant operator / maintainer to join a great team

**Your new company**
A leading global producer of industrial minerals is looking for an experienced Plant Operator / Maintainer to join their growing team in Welshpool.

**Your new role**
As an operator you will be responsible for:

- Manual labour
- Provide safe and efficient operations
- Complete and document all product testing
- Engage in basic equipment fault finding
- Assist in ongoing plant efficiency
- General site support.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous process operator experience
- Mechanically minded
- Maintenance experience
- Self motivation
- Initiative and high attention to detail
- Strong safety focus.
- LF licence - mandatory
- Civil Construction Plant Operations certificate - Desirable
- Flexibility with shift hours.
