Our ICT team prides themselves on being a true partner within our company by providing real-time operational support. Your new role as the ICT Enterprise Applications Administrator is to assist the Applications Team with the maintenance, configuration, build, testing, training and the development of core enterprise systems.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Work, collaborate and escalate issues with the internal support and ICT infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee and validate testing and performance of systems post changes and upgrades
- Conduct regular system health checks and audits.

**We Want to Talk to You If You Have**:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or hospitality
- Demonstrable stakeholder engagement experience
- Demonstrable process or workflow improvement experience
- Hospitality Operational Systems (Oracle PMS, ORS, POS, Salesforce, Business Central, Inventory Management & Booking Platforms, infor BI, Vision Reports, OPI payment gateway) highly regarded
- Requires general computer skills and proficiency across MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience developing reports, using Business Intelligence tools (such as PowerBI).
- Experience with data collection and management
- Advanced Experience writing SQL queries or working with databases.
- Experience working with web developers and various CMS web apps, desirable
- Experience with data lakes and data warehousing on Microsoft Azure, highly desirable.
