**We are now searching for an engaging and professional Casual Receptionist to join our South Morang Toyota Dealership.**

This role will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests upon arrival whilst representing a Top Selling Brand. The position of Receptionist is responsible for providing assistance to all our valued guests by directing their call to the relevant department. This exciting position goes beyond the role of Receptionist / Concierge as it requires you to manage the smooth operation of the front desk whilst also giving service beyond customer expectations.

**About the role**:

- Saturday coverage with some flexibility to cover additional days
- Managing reception including all incoming calls
- Accurate recording and relaying of messages
- Logging all sales enquiries and floor traffic
- Monitoring the flow of dealership floor traffic
- General house keeping

**Do you have?**
- An approachable and positive personality
- Previous reception experience in a high volume retail business is highly desirable
- The ability to multitask
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Professional and engaging telephone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail and professional personal presentation
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
- Own transport
