SureSearch are leaders in providing underground solutions for a number of industries including, construction, civil & government.

Due to our unprecedented growth and strong project plans, SureSearch are adding to their team. We have opportunities for both Trainee Utility Locators (willing to learn).

This role is based in the South Brisbane depot and is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

**You will be responsible for**:

- The location of underground utilities including telecommunications, electric, power, gas, water, and sewer systems;
- Reading and understanding Dial Before You Dig plans and aerial imagery to assist in identification of underground assets;
- Completing and submitting mud maps, reports and other paperwork as required;
- Ensuring clients are provided with appropriate referrals to the services that meet their needs; and
- Provision of technical advice regarding underground services.

**Trainee Utility Locator will have**:

- A current Drivers Licence (manual);
- A construction White Card (beneficial but not essential);
- Understanding of the construction industry;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box;
- Commitment to exceptional customer service;
- A strong work ethic;
- Willingness to learn new skills; and
- A positive and professional attitude to work and safety
