**Service Planners** are the core of our business, working directly with our participants to support their unique and changing needs through the assessment, coordination and monitoring of treatment, care, and support services.

The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) is looking to fill short-term and ongoing positions in our **Service Planning team**, in the roles of **Service Planner.**

These roles are a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting others to build their independence and autonomy and live a life that matters to them.

You will join a dynamic, collaborative, and connected team of dedicated professionals. Our experienced managers are committed to nurturing your emerging career and they will guide and support your individual professional development as together you support our participants.

The LSA is growing as our participant numbers increase, so our need for case management professionals to support and coordinate the planning of participant services is also growing.

**To be successful in our position you will have**:

- an understanding of acquired disabilities and how these can affect a person in more than just a physical
- have a warm and positive nature with the ability to stay calm under You will also be resilient and open minded, empathetic and respectful of participant choices.
- administrative, organisational and time management skills, and the ability to ensure documentation and records are accurately maintained.

The LSA delivers the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) which funds necessary and reasonable treatment, care and support for people who sustain serious injuries in a motor vehicle accident on South Australian roads, regardless of fault.

**Remuneration**

AHP1 ($68,478 - $83,594) + Superannuation

**Special Conditions**
- Some out of hours work may be required, including at times Public Holidays and the Christmas and New Year period.
- Travel to health and community facilities, participants’ homes, intrastate and interstate may be required.
