As an Aussie Home Loan Specialist, you’ll help Australians navigate their home loan journey while benefiting from our AI-enhanced platform, smart automation, and end-to-end support.

In this role, you will:
- Leverage Australia’s #1 home loan platform, built to streamline the process and accelerate speed to settlement—up to four times faster than the industry average.
- Receive pre-qualified customer appointments booked for you—no cold leads, no wasted time.
- Submit deals to our in-house client solutions team, so you can focus on customers while we handle processing, lender follow-ups, and admin.
- Connect customers with key products and services across the property purchasing journey including buyer’s agents and conveyancing, expanding your income potential beyond broking.
- Achieve scale faster. Our home loan specialists average 12+ deals per month, with top performers exceeding a deal a day, because they have the tools, brand, and support to succeed.
**Qualifications**
If you have experience in mortgage broking, lending, or financial services (branch-based or phone-based), or have been in phone-based sales roles, this is your chance to elevate your career in a high-growth, high-reward environment.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A strong drive to build a successful career in mortgage lending.

- Alignment with our vision of redefining the property experience beyond just broking.
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it—we can help).
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
