Warehouse Worker or Machine Technician

We are seeking highly motivated, and reliable individuals to join the team as production workers.

**Job tasks for Warehouse Worker / Fork lift license required.**
- **Receiving goods**: Accept and verify incoming deliveries to ensure the correct quantities and condition of items, and document receipt in records or inventory systems.
- **Storing and organizing**: Place goods in appropriate storage locations, label inventory, and organize items on racks or shelves for efficient retrieval.
- **Order picking and packing**: Select items from storage as per orders, pack them securely, and prepare them for shipment or dispatch.
- **Order processing and dispatch**: Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and dispatched within required timeframes, including preparing shipping documentation and labeling.
- **Loading and unloading**: Move goods and materials within the warehouse and load or unload deliveries, sometimes using forklifts or pallet jacks if certified.
- **Stock control**: Monitor stock levels, support reordering processes, and maintain accurate storage records.
- **Health & safety**: Maintain a clean, safe workplace, adhere to safety protocols, and report potential hazards.
- **Equipment operation**: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks if required (with appropriate training or licenses).

**Job tasks for Machine Technician**
- **Routine Maintenance**: Perform scheduled maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns, including lubrication, cleaning, inspection, and adjustment tasks.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose causes of machine malfunctions, investigate faults, and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- **Machine Setup**: Assist in the installation, alignment, and calibration of new machinery, ensuring proper functionality and safety compliance.
- **Monitoring & Operation**: Regularly check equipment during production for unusual noises, vibrations, or inefficiencies, and make adjustments as necessary to keep processes running smoothly.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow and enforce all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, and promptly address hazards.
- **Process Optimization**: Suggest improvements, assist with root cause analysis for persistent problems, and help implement process enhancements.
- **Training & Support**: Train or assist junior staff and operators in machine operation, routine care, and troubleshooting.
