You’re good with people, easy to chat with, and love talking to clients/customers (this is a must). This role is for a Driver or Offsider for Goodbye Junk, who does the waste collection. The role involves seeing clients, greeting them, building that relationship, giving them a quote, clearing the rubbish, and then taking payment. They operate all over Sydney, so the work is different every day. You will see different places and interact with new people every day. They are constantly evolving and love using technology to make life easier. They will train you to handle objections and build rapport and solid relationships to increase sales. This role is a stepping stone for those looking to make a sales or customer service career. They’re an awesome company with great bosses. We did a team audit of the whole company, and 100% of the staff said they would recommend Goodbye Junk as a great workplace. They do team building and monthly dinners too. 96% of the team said the two owners/managers are good role models and mentor the team. Requirement: Current WHS White Card - preferred or willing to obtain ASAP Australian Driver Licence - preferred but not required LEARNING Attitude - Why?
