**The Role**
Reporting to the Senior Service ad Delivery Officer, the Service and Delivery Officer is responsible for the administration and management of tasks associated with departmental contracts and stakeholder engagement at various levels.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the APS Level 5 may include:

- Draft and distribute incoming and outgoing departmental correspondence to various stakeholders.
- Representing and engaging across the Department with external stakeholders including employers, State Government agencies, local councils, non government organisations and contracted employment providers, to collaboratively advance the Department's business activities.
- Investigate and manage complex issues regarding frontline service delivery and provider operations under limited direction.
- Compile and contribute to, intelligence gathering across providers and employment regions.
- Manage the performance and compliance of contracted service providers for various programs in accordance with contractual and legislative frameworks.
