**About the Team**
Overflowing with expertise, Group Services keeps MYOB highly tuned and up and running. Made up of several specialised teams including commercial, finance, legal and risk, these are the professionals who drive our business performance, while always ensuring we’ve dotted our I's and crossed our T's
**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a new team member to be part of our Accounts Payable function and the larger Finance team. You will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and be exposed to the entire end-to-end accounts payable process covering both Australia and New Zealand.
**The Role**
This is a busy but rewarding role, in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills are needed. Role responsibilities include:
- Process supplier invoices into SAP Concur ensuring accurate information is captured
- Organise approval for all supplier payments
- Review supplier statements
- Review employee cash and credit card expenses in SAP Concur
**What You Will Bring**
- Knowledge of Australian GST, banking and EFT payment practices
- Diploma or certificate in bookkeeping, or experience working within a busy accounts’ environment
- A passion for technology, bookkeeping and an eagerness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal skills
