The Australian Trade Training College is a not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering a variety of courses across multiple industries. Due to recent growth, we are in need of engaging, motivating Trainers to continue the great work in developing our future leaders in trade. As the demand for Industry Apprentices continues to grow, opportunities within the Australian Trade Training College are abound.

If you enjoy a diverse role working with students looking to start their career in Electrotechnology, this could be the role for you Join a collaborative team of trainers who will provide a great support network whilst working independently to inspire and grow our students.

Training will be conducted across our Brendale and Scarborough campuses.

**Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities**
- Deliver training and assessment in Certificate II in Electrotechnology (Career Start)
- Develop effective working relationships with Students and Schools
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of RTO programs
- Monitor training plans and ensure timely progression of Students through the course
- Maintain a high level of compliance

**What you will bring**
- RTO training experience and Trade qualification/s in Electrotechnology
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Ability to engage, inspire and support Apprentices throughout their learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Reasonable level of computer skills

Successful applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
