Hiring for a Digital Marketing Manager:

- Experienced only (2-3 years+ _preferable_)_

Rank Higher SEO focuses on all things SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). We aren't a digital market agency that does a bit of everything. We specialise in SEO. That is our bread and butter. Servicing clients from Aus, US and Canada. As the business grows I'm looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager that has heavy SEO experience to help manage the business operations, growth and overflow work.

**Pay**

full-time permanent: 37.5 hrs/week

$25 - $30/hr - depending on experience.

**Location**
- Australia or New Zealand preferred

**Must**
- Be fluent in English and have good communication skills
- Keep up to date with the latest in SEO and digital marketing
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and other popular CMS systems. Quick to learn new CMS systems.
- Have attention to detail
- Be self-sufficient
- Can prioritise SEO tasks
- Understands keyword intent and keyword mapping
- Quick and keen learner if faced with a new task
- Decent level developer skills (HTML, CSS, etc..)
- Understanding of good quality and bad quality links
- Skills in other popular digital marketing - Google ads, SMM, sales, etc..

**Responsibilities**
- Help manage sales & build and manage the sales funnel
- SEO tasks - on-site SEO, off-site SEO
- Blog post writing - topic ideas, proofreading and writing
- Copywriting - proofreading and writing
- Manage business marketing: Social, Google ads, SEO, branding, blog, etc...
- Managing hiring when needed
- Managing - employees, freelancers, contractors, etc...
- Budget management
- Website development work
- Employee training
- Help build out SOPs & improve systems in place
