**About the Role**

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who is capable of motivating and driving our retail team  

Responsibilities 
- Maintain the company's visual merchandising strategies to highlight core lines and promotions
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Serve and attend to customer's requirements and deliver exceptional customer service
- Audit inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
- Full control of the store whenever the store manager is not present, including accountability for its sales and staff performance

Skills and Experience 
- At least 12 months experience in leadership role
- Organised and well-structured person who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- You lead through example and push those around you to achieve their best
- Have experience coaching and developing teams, identifying current opportunities and areas for improvement
- Qualifications and experience in related field is highly regarded
