**Our Company**

Nationwide Electrical is a small family business based in Wetherill Park, NSW, selling domestic cooking appliances such as wok burners, gas stoves and accessories such as benches and woks. We are expanding our online presence and retailing directly to consumers with a vision to become the market leader in this industry.

**About the role**

We are currently seeking a part time Warehouse All-Rounder for general manual labour work, including:

- Sanding and polishing stainless steel benches so that they are safe from sharp edges / scratches
- Lifting and organising products (max around 20 kg weight)
- Assisting in unloading containers (around once every 6-7 weeks)
- Picking and packing orders
- Other warehouse associated responsibilities

This role has a strong focus placed on working autonomously, time management, working efficiently and meeting daily dispatch deadlines.

Key competencies and responsibilities include:

- Read and understand orders;
- Be able to pick and pack in a safe manner (up to 20kg);
- Communicate clearly and politely with everyone at all times;
- Knowing how to sand and polish sharp edges and scratches from stainless steel;
- Follow stock procedures as directed and assist with other general warehouse duties, such as lifting and moving stock around; and
- Undertake additional duties as and when required by us.

**ABOUT YOU**

Possess a great work ethic;
- Prior experience in the stainless steel industry will be highly regarded, although not essential;
- Proficient Mandarin / Cantonese / Cambodian written & verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time management;
- Ability to make sound decisions;
- Physically capable of undertaking hands-on manual labour (operating orbital sander, sanding / polishing stainless steel, heavy lifting (up to 30kg); and
- Ability to work without supervision.

**Salary**: $22.00 to $25.00 /hour, cash in hand
