**About You**
You are a positive and proactive worker who enjoys working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You must be autonomous and quick to learn, with a solution-focused approach to solving problems. Roles may be temporary, contract or permanent, and may range across the Customer Service and Administration space. If you have excellent phone or face to face customer service experience - we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities**
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Administrators who are multi-skilled. Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining internal databases
- Extensive data entry
- Filing, printing and scanning
- Booking and coordinating video conferences
- Virtual training and meetings
**Skills / Experience**
- Experience working in a Customer Service/Administration role is essential
- Computer literate to intermediate/advanced level including (Excel, MS office suite & internet)
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
- Discretion in relation to confidential information
- Good written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
