**Summary of the role**:

- The social work team is motivated by a commitment to deliver customer - focused service to women & their families, is dynamic and supportive, and champions a multidisciplinary, values driven approach and ethos.
- The clinical case load involves inpatients and their families/carers in a tertiary maternity setting as part of a multidisciplinary team.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Tertiary qualification in Social Work with a minimum of 2 years' experience and eligible for membership to the AASW
- Sound knowledge of current evidence based practices and commitment to continuing professional development and research
- Prior hospital experience is highly desirable
- Adaptable, creative with a passion for patient focused care
