As the Cafe Manager at Felons Brewery, you'll be at the heart of our daily cafe operations, leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service and ensuring the smooth running of the brewery's cafe. From managing staff and overseeing day-to-day tasks to serving everything from early morning coffees to refreshing cold brews, you'll play a crucial role in crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests.

**_Responsibilities_**_ include:_**
- Lead and inspire a team of baristas to provide top-notch customer experiences
- Manage the day-to-day operations: stock management, rostering and ensuring operations run smoothly
- Lead and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything you do
- Visibly active on the floor, lead by example and support Food and Beverage Supervisors/Attendants to be the best that they can be
- Assist guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate
- A high knowledge of the product produced in venue

- Have a passion for great coffee and great beer
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong barista skills
- Availability to work early mornings and weekends
- Be a positive and collaborate team player
- Hold a valid Queensland RSA
