Accounts Payable Officer

An exciting Accounts Payable Officer has become available within a Construction company based in Balcatta
**Your new company**
This company has been in operation for 20 years and is a leader within the Perth construction industry and prides itself for its excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. They are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team of 4. You will be joining a company with an excellent company culture with a corporate environment, contemporary office space and free parking on-site.
**Your new role**
- You will be responsible for end to end processing and reconciling of subcontractor invoices.
- Resolve issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Bank reconciliations
- Liaising with Subcontractors and Construction Supervisors to assist with general queries regarding payments
- Accurate maintenance of records
**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will ideally have experience working in the construction industry, however, but this is not essential.
- You will have excellent attention to detail and be highly work focused
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet critical weekly deadlines
