**Purpose Of this position**

A marketing coordinator **develops, coordinates, and executes marketing campaigns**. They collect data about target demographics and analyse market trends to improve a company's marketing efforts. Marketing coordinators track sales data and work with marketing teams to achieve marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing and advertising campaigns to promote products and services.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness and report progress to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Track sales data, maintain inventory of promotional materials, plan meetings and trade shows, and prepare reports.
- Assemble and analyze sales forecasts, prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives, plan and organize promotional presentations, and update calendars.
- Promote social media events and provide key support to ensure the event's success.
- Liaise effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work under pressure and to strict deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to execute campaigns and analyze data.
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Perform other relevant student service duties as needed.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Relevant qualifications and proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Event management experience.
- Professional content creation skills.
- Data analysis and MS Excel proficiency.
- Marketing research knowledge.
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software expertise.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
