We're seeking an Advancement Projects and Publications Officer for one of Canberra's leading colleges.

We are excited to announce an open position for an Advancement Projects and Publications Officer at one of Canberra's leading colleges.

**Your new role**

As the Advancement Projects and Publications Officer, you'll play a vital role in the school's communication and fundraising efforts. Your responsibilities will include
- Delivering major college publications and managing other critical projects across marketing, communications, admissions, alumni relations and philanthropy.
- Lead the production of high-quality publications, such as newsletters, brochures, and annual reports, to showcase the school's achievements and activities while bringing to life the college's vision and strategic direction.
- Work closely with the Advancement team, including the Director of Advancement, to develop and execute fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage relationships with donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure their continued engagement and support for the school's programs and projects.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- An excellent communicator with exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as a creative thinker with strong judgement and analytical skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Have a broad understanding of marketing and communication strategies across a range of audience channels and platforms
