We are seeking an **Assistant Manager** to join our **Chadstone Store**who has a unique ability to engage kids and teens by creating memorable shopping experiences. You will thrive in a dynamic environment where your product knowledge and commercial acumen can truly shine.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
- Embrace the fun nature of the brand and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
- Assist the Store Manger to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
- Convert customer interactions to sales by demonstrating your product knowledge
- Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store
- Help to motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
- Support the Store Manager drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Experience in a Supervising or taking on higher duties in a Team Leader capacity.
- An understanding of sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s.
- A natural leader connected to the learning and development of an engaged team.
- The ability to retain technical product and ingredient knowledge and demonstrate your passion for the Allkinds No Gross Stuff approach.
- A larger-than-life personality to confidently connect to the needs of the customer.
- The ability to analyse and organise stock to maximise sales on the shop floor
