**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Experienced using remote support tools
- Experienced with diagnosing and resolving technical issues for staff
- Support of desktop, infrastructure, and services across multiple technology streams including hardware, software, networks, server, print, mobile devices, peripherals, etc.
- Liaising with third parties to log faults, resolve issues, and escalate support calls Providing support for executives and Board members

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Excellent attention to detail across all facets of service provision
- Self-motivated; ability to work remote from supervision
- Ability to work with others in a team environment and prepared to share knowledge and experiences
- Ability to plan, schedule, prioritise tasks and to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently
- Ability to travel Ability to perform scheduled work outside of normal business hours on occasion
