Home Care Assistance provides quality in home care and is passionate about making a difference within our Aged Care and disability community.

Our Friendly team, based in Caloundra is looking for a Full time Scheduler. As a Scheduler you will plan rosters for our care staff in accordance to our client’s care needs.

Every service you plan, enables an older person to live as independently as possible in their own homes.

- Have great communication skills and be able to liaise with client's and care workers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with time constraints.
- Work effectively as part of a team environment to achieve own and team objectives.
- Computer literacy skills and the ability to follow a process.
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Display Positivity, kindness, empathy and have a strong work ethic.
- **Requirements for the position**_
- Experience working in a scheduling role (aged care highly desired) along with strong administration and customer service skills.
- High levels of attention to detail, patient, and empathetic manner
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
- Proof of Covid Vaccination.
- The right to work in Australia.
