**The Role**:
The **Retail Leasing and Delivery Manager (RLDM) **will deliver the property outcomes aligned to St Vincent de Paul’s (SVdP’s) growth strategy for its retail and other associated service streams across NSW to expand and reshape the existing retail footprint. The growth strategy includes additional properties in new locations and the relocation of services to different properties in existing locations.

**The Retail Leasing and Delivery Manager will**:

- Deliver a program of new shops and other additional properties from inception (by securing the properties through negotiations and whether lease or sales contract), managing the resultant construction works, and delivering the shops operational ready to commence day-one retail activities, all aligned to the SVdP retail growth strategy.
- Document a property plan, to respond to the retail growth strategy.
- Document the clients’ briefs as to the search locations, operational and property metrics, and return on investment (RoI) business hurdles.
- Brief lawyers (documented brief) for the lawyers to represent SVdP in documenting the lease agreement.
- Ensure appropriate information systems are in place and properly maintained to enable timely and accurate reporting on property performance for the portfolio.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Excellent leasing, acquisition and project management skills.
- The ability to travel throughout NSW to understand, identify and develop property solutions across the state.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and competing priorities across and within several client service streams.
- To be a trusted advisor, based on knowledge, whole of program planning, and getting it complete and correct first time.
- The energy to understand and know your portfolio including travelling across the region to inform strategic and tactical decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to review and analyse business data and analytics to enable effective reporting and decision-making on operational performance.
