On completion of your traineeship, you would receive a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Information Technology - ICT30120.**

**Learning on the job**:

- Provide technical support by researching and troubleshooting problems, maintain workstations and LAN performance.
- Expect to gain confidence in your customer service skills with face-to-face and on-line assistance.
- Develop your electronic and verbal communication, and inter-personal skills.
- Become adept in time management, priorities, and scheduling your workload.
- Become a skilled Information Technology administrator, anticipating the needs of, and assisting both internal and external client base.
- Certificate II in Information Technology. (Applicants holding qualifications above this level are unfortunately not eligible for these entry level positions)
- Customer service and / or basic experience in the IT industry.
- Drivers licence.

- National Training Wage applies.
