Live-In Support Role - Mosman Location

Are you someone calm, responsible, and passionate about supporting others? A unique live-in opportunity is available in Mosman, offering meaningful work within a warm, welcoming home environment.

This position would suit someone looking to gain hands-on experience in allied health, disability support, youth work, or education — perfect for students, those on a working holiday visa, or individuals taking a purposeful gap year.

About the Role:
This is a live-in companion and household support position with a neurodivergent young person. The individual is a bright and independent teen with high-functioning autism who enjoys music, gaming, gym workouts, and good conversation. The role focuses on gentle structure, companionship, and maintaining a calm, organised home.

You’ll be part of a respectful and supportive household in a beautiful Federation-style home near Balmoral Beach.

**Your week may Include**:

- Morning and afternoon support routines (before/after school hours)
- Light domestic duties — tidying, simple meals, laundry
- Occasional Saturday morning support
- Emotional presence and positive social interaction
- Looking after the home and family pet when required
- Flexibility around study hours or downtime
