**Location**: Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney with a hybrid onsite/ WFH operating model.

**About the Role**:
In this role you'll champion clinical safety across our **Pathology Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).**You’ll oversee risk management processes, collaborate with our Quality, Product, Development, and Clinical Safety teams, to ensure our products meet the highest safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate **clinical safety and risk management** for our pathology LIMS.
- Conduct and facilitate **clinical risk assessments** on product changes and customer issues.
- Manage **clinical safety documentation** — from hazard logs to safety case reports.
- Work closely with UK-based Clinical Safety Officers and internal teams to maintain compliance.
- Deliver **training and guidance** on clinical safety best practice.
- Support investigations into clinical safety issues and drive continuous improvement.

**You’ll Bring**:

- Experience in a** pathology clinical setting** and/or working with **pathology LIMS**.
- **Clinical risk management training** (or a willingness to complete it).
- Strong understanding of **health informatics standards and ethics**.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Great **organisational skills** and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A strong **sense of urgency** and commitment to delivering timely, accurate outcomes in a **fast-paced environment**.

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience in **clinical safety or risk assessment** roles.
- A **healthcare-related qualification**.
- Familiarity with **Atlassian tools** (Jira, Confluence)
