**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Head of Business Development** to lead our Australian subsidiary. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand WOBI’s presence in the Australian market. The Sales Director will drive revenue growth, cultivate relationships with key clients, and build a high-performing sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets in Australia.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, and SME sectors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the local sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with global objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and global teams to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
**Key Qualifications & Experience**:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in consultative selling and revenue growth.
- Experience in executive education, business conferences, media, or professional services industries is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performance sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment, collaborating with global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree.
**Salary and benefits**:
- Hybrid environment (office and home office)
- Full time role
- Fixed salary ($100,000 - $125,000) plus commission
