We are seeking an experienced **Food & Beverage Team Lead**to join our team. This is a 6-month contract (Part-Time) role and will work in our ABODE Bistro Bar.

- Supervise / support the team within the Restaurant
- Exceed high-quality service standards
- To set up and prepare outlets for service.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and time management skills
- Liaise with the kitchen regarding menus, event daily run-sheets, and service
- Build relationships with suppliers and clients
- Ensure prompt resolution of guest complaints, reporting any issues and recommending solutions
- To train staff on food & beverage service procedures and standards.
- To be responsible for performing opening and closing duties, plus other duties as and when required.

**Ideally you will have**:

- Exceptional leadership skills
- Experience in a similar role in an a la carte restaurant
- Experience leading a small team
- RSA essential
