**About the Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the **Decision Support Unit** as **Clinical Analyst **where you will be responsible for:

- Building and maintaining clinical databases for effective reporting and benchmarking activities
- Providing expert knowledge about patient classification systems which influences analysis of clinical data across the organisation and into the community.
- Collaborating with colleagues and external organisations to facilitate and enhance benchmarking activities.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Be registered with the Nurses’ Board of South Australian and holds a current practicing certificate.
- Possess effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Have demonstrated ability in the facilitation of change management.
- Experienced in computer language ie Visual basic, SQL languages and Microsoft packages.
