**Warehouse Manager **to join our Supply Chain team based at our facility in Banyo. Reporting to the Group Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of the warehouse.
- **Rates: $110k per annual**:

- **High reach forklift licence (preferred)**:

- **Must be Australia Citizen/ Permanent Resident**

**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Management of all aspects of warehousing for raw materials, WIP and finished goods
- Management of all staff requirements for the stores/warehouse team, including safety and training records
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory processes & work flow
- Ensure effective stock control occurs through FIFO procedures
- Support group warehousing projects as required
- Lead continuous improvement projects for the stores/warehouse team
- Maintain and manage all equipment in a safe operating manner
- Maintenance of a safe working environment for the team

**To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience/skills**:

- Min 5 years previous FMCG warehousing experience (essential)
- Previous experience in a management position including delegation and overseeing a warehousing team (essential)
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment (preferred)
- High reach forklift licence (preferred)
- Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Conflict Management skills and experience managing diverse relationships
- General computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
