You will work collaboratively with our Clinical Nurse Specialist, Registered Nurses and Assistant Nurses in upholding clinical excellence by promoting and driving a culture of continuous learning and development. In this varied role, some of your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) advising on clinical issues, driving AN-ACC, clinical governance, overseeing the assessment, planning and delivery of care to consumers, promoting best practice, assisting with admissions, medication management, documentation, managing staff and assisting the Executive Care Manager with rostering. **Essential Criteria**: - Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience - Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement - Demonstrated knowledge and experience in AN-ACC - Extensive experience supporting consumers living with dementia - Previous experience managing staff - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Well-developed organisational skills - Experience in palliative care and acute deterioration - Willingness to work across our Hunters Hill, Randwick and Woollahra campuses **About You**: You will be an effective communicator and strong team player who is passionate about caring for consumers.
