About the OPPORTUNITY
We currently have an exciting leadership opportunity for a motivated leader to own the Manufacturing and Planning Systems. This is a replacement role to manage a team in delivering services for the Maritime business unit enabling multiple Maritime programs.
More specifically, you will
- Manage services within Governance expectations (COSA/Financial Controls)
- Provide Leadership to the Manufacturing & Planning team
- Partner with business stakeholders and the architecture team to ensure the products remain fit for purpose, aligning strategy and roadmaps to business needs
- Lead Service Delivery to provide our Maritime customer a service that exceeds expectations, working with the team to ensure service standards are implemented, incidents, service requests, & problems are managed through to closure
- Partner with internal stakeholders to plan, schedule and manage work in line with the agreed roadmap
- Lead Operational activities with the team to ensure services are appropriately patched, upgraded, available, supportable and cyber secure
- Take Ownership of the products, managing licences, renewals and providing input into financial forecasts

About YOU
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team, or are actively working toward a leadership role
- Domain knowledge in manufacturing, planning or time keeping solutions is advantageous
- Experience working in scrum teams and managing a pipeline of work
- Critical thinking to enable decision making and driving continuous improvement
