Retail Butcher
- Display window / pre-pack cutting
- Customer service
- Pork, chicken & lamb carcass breaking down
- General butchering duties, mincing, sausages, value adding ect.
- General daily cleaning duties

**Wholesale Butcher**
- Portion & order cutting experience required
- Pork carcass break down and trimming
- Slicing and dicing primals
- General butchering duties mincing, sausages, crumbing ect.
- General daily cleaning duties

**Skill and experience**
- Minimum Butcher Qualification
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- General butchering knowledge and ability to adapt to our style of butchering

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Buderim, QLD 4556: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
