OBJACTIVE:
The Partnership Specialist strengthens the organization's presence in the disability sector by developing strategic alliances with community groups, businesses, and government bodies.
Through research and tailored outreach, they build mutually beneficial relationships that
enhance service delivery and visibility.
They coordinate collaborative initiatives, monitor partnership effectiveness, and foster
ongoing engagement. By maintaining strong communication and evaluating outcomes, the
specialist ensures continuous improvement and long-term success. Their role is key to
expanding outreach, supporting shared goals, and driving sustainable impact through
meaningful partnerships.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
1. Identify and Research Potential Partners:
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify community organizations,
healthcare providers, educational institutions, and government entities that
align with our mission.
- Create and maintain a database of key contacts, including decision-makers
and relevant stakeholders.
2. Engage and Initiate Contact:
- Develop and present compelling introductions to potential partners,
highlighting mutual benefits and opportunities for collaboration.

3. Participate in Networking Opportunities:
- Attend industry events, workshops, and conferences related to the NDIS and
disability services to build relationships and connect with potential clients and
partners.
- Actively participate in local community events to establish rapport with key
stakeholders.
4. Develop Collaborative Proposals:
- Create customized partnership proposals that define shared goals, roles,
responsibilities, and success metrics for potential collaborations.
- Propose specific collaboration methods, such as joint projects, resource
sharing, and co-hosted events.
5. Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partners through consistent
communication, including updates, feedback sessions, social media
engagement, and timely follow-ups to encourage collaboration and support.
6. Evaluate Partnership Success:
- Continuously assess partnership performance using defined metrics and
refine strategies to strengthen collaboration and improve results.
7. Contribute to Organizational Goals:
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with
organizational goals and provide partner insights to improve services.
Required skills and qualifications
- Partnership Experience: Proven experience in partnership development, stakeholder
engagement, and community initiatives
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and sustain meaningful, long-term
connections with community groups, businesses, and government agencies.
- Digital Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital
communication tools; knowledge of social media for professional engagement is
advantageous.
- Strategic Insight: Adept at conducting analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and
developing customized partnership strategies to align with organizational goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication
skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborative & Independent Workstyle: Comfortable working autonomously while
also thriving in team environments, with a flexible, solution-focused approach in fast
- paced settings.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour

- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:
- Commission
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coolaroo VIC 3048: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- NDIS Service Provider: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Arabic (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
