Will help you with everything you need to succeed in growing your own business so you can offer your chosen services to the Clients (we call them Members) you wish to support in your local area.

**About the Opportunity**

Seeking a flexible and reliable Support Worker who is able to provide care to one of our Clients (we call Members) located in Lara, Victoria. Visits available are 3 x 1-hour visits and include the following services:

- Personal Care - e.g., assisting with showering, dressing
- Domestic Assistance - e.g., cleaning, cooking, laundry, shopping
- Companionship - e.g., providing company through friendships, interests, and activities
- COVID-19 Vaccinations (two doses as a minimum)
- Your own ABN as an Independent Contractor (Or prepared to obtain one)
- A successful National Police Check issued within the past 2.5 years OR a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Or prepared to obtain one)
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Disabilities/Individual Support or higher (or studying) will be highly regarded
- Smartphone
