This is a rare opportunity for a Customer Service Consultant to join one of Australia’s leading care providers, with an evolving work culture, surrounded by a fun and energetic team.
Whilst this is an initial 4 week contract role, you will have the chance to prove yourself with possibility for extension.
**About the role**:
- This is a service role with a humanised approach to engaging with customers
- Ability to build rapport quickly to ensure service excellence that leads to prompt resolutions of queries, problems or complaints.
- Treating and taking ownership of each contact in a professional and consultative manner
- Liaising and providing feedback within the team - to help meet customer satisfaction targets/objectives
- Consistently meet all individual and team performance targets
- High attention to details and ability to multitask using up to 3 screens
