We provide our customers with unique experiences which are empowering and leave them feeling more confident. **About the Opportunity** A Secrets Store Manager and Business Leader is a sales and leadership, training, development and operations expert. Their role is to manage and grow their own client base whilst coaching and developing the store team to be successful. They have a customer focused mindset that drives sales growth and profitability. Store Managers and Business Leaders will have a strong commercial and business sense and are skilled in the planning and execution of our sales and service standards as well as in the development of business plans and strategy to drive the business forward. They play an integral part in driving the company’s cultural commitment and upholding the brand DNA. Their ability to communicate effectively, build and nurture relationships is key to cohesive and positive team management. **Business Growth Skills** - Ability to approach and engage, build rapport, qualify and present options that drive growth and profitability. - Has an intimate knowledge of their customers and how to maximise their ongoing relationships. - Delivers a compelling customer experience to maximise the opportunity for retention and satisfaction. - Deep understanding of the customers end-to-end journey to drive a result. - Knows how to position the features and benefits of our jewellery assortments. - Understands key business drivers and how to contribute to the success of Secrets. - Strong track record of productivity. **Sales & Service Skills** - Provides outstanding and consistent customer experiences by adhering to and modelling our customer service and sales standards and our operational policies and procedures. - Understands Sales Metrics and able to link them to behavioural outputs, our financial systems and processes. - Expert in Secrets product knowledge including customisation programs and our lab-grown diamond alternatives, collections and jewellery repairs to deliver the best outcome for the customer. - Demonstrates advanced knowledge of the internal and customer-facing processes and technology systems. - Ability to assess, troubleshoot and provide solutions to a varying range of scenarios. **Personal Qualities** - Self-motivated and proactive. - Open to learning and developing the skills required to succeed. - Demonstrates knowledge of external competitor activity and market trends to deliver valued insights. - Set targets and goals and strives to achieve these. - Contributes to a collaborative and continuous learning culture. - Strives to be the expert in their field and to contribute and grow their career. - Leads by example and sets the pace for the team. **Your Experience** - Minimum 3 years in the retail or sales industry. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in store management and team leadership. - 2+ years sales experience where you have been responsible for meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs. - Can demonstrate career stability and advancement. - Exceptional multitasking ability, you will juggle priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations. - To be a "people person" who values the importance of developing strong relationships. - Demonstrated ability to lead a team. - A high level of attention to detail. - Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills. - Tertiary education is highly regarded. **Remuneration and Benefits**: - World class remuneration program. - Generous base and sales productivity incent
