Working within a small and energetic team, you are a key member of the Environmental Solutions Customer Service Team who work closely with Sales and Operations to support the end to und key account management of our internal and external customers nationally.

**Job Description**:
Using your flair for communication and your genuine desire to help, you’ll be the point of contact for all concerns regarding customer requests & stock movements.

Day to day, you can expect to:

- Manage daily reporting relating to open orders, key account quotes and contracts
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding supply and dispatch concerns
- Contribute actively to planning especially for key project role out dates
- Liaise with customers, sales personnel and transport providers to coordinate required transport services, as well as follow up on any variations to delivery times
- Reviewing and prioritising orders / sales for Monthly Sales Target and making changes with planning team.

**Qualifications**:
Along with your extensive customer service experience, excellent time management skills and exceptional ability to prioritise tasks, you will also bring:

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment desired
- Strong ERP Knowledge (SAP preferred) but training can be provided
