You’ve cut your teeth in a retail role where you’ve led your team to deliver outstanding safety & commercial outcomes driven from a culture focusing on team & customer...You're now ready to take the next step in your career by leading important operational functions to deliver initiatives across an entire national retail network.

This role supports the Retail Team's mission to create an easy, relevant, and inspiring shopping experience across all channels, driving customer loyalty, market share, and profitability.

**Day to Day, not limited to**:

- ** Strategy**:In collaboration with the Central Ops Manager, plan develop & implement strategy for retail operations that aligns to our business growth aspirations & performance
- ** Safety Leadership & Strategy**:Foster a strong retail safety culture through reporting and forums and collaborate with the Central Operations Manager to develop a safety strategy focused on reducing incidents across team and customer
- ** Sales & Financial Management**:Responsibility for provision of data and analytics that supports successful financial performance & management in the retail operations space
- ** Operational Excellence**:Develop, implement and collaborate on activities and strategies that drive excellent operational performance and reduce operational CODB.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Ensure open and effective communication channels are maintained with stakeholders across the organisation

- ** Retail Operations Expertise**: Proven experience in retail operations, including strategy development, financial oversight, safety leadership, and operational excellence
- ** Safety and Compliance**: Demonstrated ability to foster a strong safety culture, manage compliance with WHS programs, and lead safety-related initiatives to reduce incidents across team and customers
- ** Data Analysis and Reporting**: Proficiency in analysing operational and financial data, producing insights, and preparing reports to drive decision-making
- ** Influence and Collaboration**: Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across different teams, at all levels to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals
