Currently we have an opportunity for a Parents Next Employment Consultant to join our team on a full time basis working across Werribee, Sunshine and Taylors Lake. (Parents Next is government program to support parents with children under 6 to help plan and prepare them for future study or employment.)

It will suit someone who has high energy, is solutions focused and loves building solid relationships within the community.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Set individual goals towards future employment or education
- Engage with participants in the program, motivate and provide guidance and support
- Assist and prepare a pathway for then their young child starts primary school
- Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures
- Administrative duties including accurate data entry for diary and record management

- Team player - self driven and motivated
- Work well under pressure and able to multi-task
- Strong digital and administration skills
- Excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills
- A solutions-based approach to respond to the needs of customers
